FAQ - Course enrollment LM-IMEA

How can I enroll / register for the Mechanical Engineering for Energy and Environment course of study?

To enroll in a Master’s Degree course, it is necessary to have a Bachelor’s Degree, a three-year university diploma, or another qualification acquired abroad and recognized as suitable. It is also expected that specific curricular requirements are met, in addition to a mandatory evaluation of student’s personal preparation. The latter includes the possession of adequate linguistic skills and is assessed using criteria defined in the Teaching Regulations of the Master’s Degree Course .

For this purpose, the weighted average grade M is calculated based on the CFU credits of the courses and the marks (on 30-point scale) obtained in the exams required for the Bachelor’s Degree that grants access to the Master’s Program. Academic preparation is considered adequate if M ≥ 24.

Students who do not meet this requirement must take a specific admission test.

For further information, it is recommended to consult the Orientation Section of the course website, from which it is possible to access the Teaching Regulations, the list of possible questions for the admission and self-assessment test, as well as the test booking procedure.

From an administrative point of view, enrollments in the Degree Course in Mechanical Engineering for Energy and the Environment are possible from September 1st to March 31st without paying a late fee.

The enrollment procedure takes place entirely online on the SEGREPASS website .
