Guidelines for candidates
The date, time and place of the session are published on the website of the School of Engineering and Basic Sciences
Candidates must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
Candidates should:
- upload the summary (in PDF format) to the following link at least 5 days before the date on which they will discuss their thesis.
- upload their thesis (in PDF format) to the following link at least 2 days before the date on which they will discuss their thesis.
Candidates may optionally upload their presentation (in pdf/ppt/pptx format) to the following link at least one day before the date on which they will discuss their thesis.
The presentation must be limited to 8-9 minutes (to allow a couple of minutes for questions/comments from the Commission).
