The Study Plan must be completed and submitted online only.
Submission is only necessary if there are NO courses listed in SEGREPASS under ‘STUDENT'S OWN CHOICE’ or if you intend to make choices other than those listed in SEGREPASS.
For the first submission or modification of the study plan, you must be enrolled in the current academic year 2025/26, and the full amount of fees must have been paid.

Important remarks
The choice made is valid for the entire academic year; no changes can be made until the following academic year.
If changes have been made to the previous study plan, exams for newly added courses cannot be taken before the course has been completed, and the exam windows must be respected as per the academic calendar.
The plan approval time is approximately one month.
With reference to the 2025-26 academic year, the deadline for submitting the plan is 31/10/2025 and cannot be extended.

It is advisable, though not mandatory, to follow the recommended exams in the following list (avoiding selecting both Operational Research (9 credits) and Models and Methods of Operational Research (6 credits) at the same time).
