Analyzing the main models of industrial production logic through the study of the most advanced techniques for medium and short term planning, with particular focus to the most important algorithms for planning, and control of industrial production, in order to achieve competences for designing Lean Production Systems. The course covers for each topic, the application of planning models for the resolution of the fundamental problems of industrial production planning.
